Processing and Shipping Times
  • Freshness Guarantee: All pound cakes are baked to order in Spring Grove, PA.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday and each order is prepared with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Shipping Schedule: Typically orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to help ensure product quality and avoid weekend transit delays. In select cases, orders may ship later in the week based on destination, weather conditions, carrier schedules, or expedited service requests.
  • Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates
  • Shipping Rate: Shipping rates are calculated using tiered pricing based on the number of cakes in your order. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout
Shipping Destinations
  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories).
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Packaging
  • All pound cakes are shipped frozen and are securely sealed and packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and undamaged. Upon arrival, refrigerate or freeze until ready to enjoy.
Tracking
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created
Return & Damage
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged cake.
