Due to the perishable nature of our pound cakes, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping/pickup date.
